We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We also offer the option to choose 2 day shipping or overnight delivery for a small fee.
Depending on your shipping location, orders can take up to one week to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We are required to collect tax on orders shipped to California, Colorado, Florida and New York.
If your package was damaged during shipping, please save the box and immediately notify us at CustomerCareUS@eleniandchris.com. We will arrange for the damaged items to be replaced.

Our products can be used on all skin types. They are dermatologist tested and paraben free. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend that you do a patch test.
No, we do not. We are a proud member of Cruelty Free International. Our co-founders are huge animal lovers, has five dogs in total, and would never dream on testing on them.
We are working hard to offer samples of our most popular products, but at the moment we do not have samples of every product. We do however offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your Eleni & Chris products after 30 days, you can get your money back. Reach out to us via our Contact page and we will take care of the refund!
All of our products are developed in Scandinavia. Eleni & Chris hair care is manufactured in the United Kingdom and Korea. Eleni & Chris skin care products are manufactured in the USA, ROC and Korea.

Our formulations are updated from time to time as part of our commitment to innovation. As such, the ingredient lists shown on our products may vary from the box of the product depending on time and region of purchase
Some of our products might fit the profile of being vegan and/or gluten free, but not all of them. If you have a gluten intolerance, please consult the ingredient lists per product. If you are vegan, please consult the ingredient lists for animal-derived ingredients.

Orders are usually processed within one business day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will normally be processed on the following Monday.
If you have a promo or discount code, it must be entered in the discount box at the checkout to recieve the discount before placing the order. Promo codes or offers cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. All codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last, cannot be used once expired, cannot be applied to previous purchases and have no cash value.
